Shamanic healing was discovered by our ancient ancestors, which learned how to maximize the abilities of mind and spirit to aid in healing.  Shamanism works with the spirit of nature allowing the practitioner to gain knowledge of its patient in an effort to harmonize the body.  

EFT is a form of physiological acupressure that makes use of light tapping on the body and face instead of needles to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points.  The tapping is combined with verbalizing the identified conflict followed by general positive affirmation phrase.  This allows the body to restore the balance of energy and appears to relieve psychological stress and pain.
